Repair the head gasket or replace the engine?
If the failure is isolated, the engine never overheated badly, and compression is good, a head gasket repair makes sense. If the engine overheated or seized, ran out of oil, has rod knock, or has metal in the oil, replacement is the better call. Our diagnostics decide it, not a guess.
